If you do not have a TAP card or would like one of the four featuring LADOT, order Commuter Express 31-Day Passes and Tickets, DASH 31-Day Passes or place stored value on the TAP card here.

All orders for Commuter Express Tickets and stored value will be processed and mailed the next business day.
31-Day pass orders for the following month can only be mailed out on or after the 20th of the month until the 10th of the following month for which the pass is requested. Passes ordered prior to the 20th will be mailed on the 20th, or if a weekend/holiday on the following business day. If ordered prior to the 10th of the month, you will receive the pass for the month in which you place the order.
Web purchases require three days for the pass, tickets or stored value to be uploaded to the card and recognized on the bus, with the upload completed when you tap the card on the bus or at the train station.
31-Day passes must be tapped on the bus or at train station prior to the 5th of the month or the pass will be invalid.
